its been like dunno how many donkey years since i step back to this place... i used to be volunteer here with my fellow st gabs classmates and get to know a bunch of funny ppl! ever since it renovated i always wanted to go back n check it up.....

its FREAKING NICE LA! u see my photo n yeah.. impressive huh my photography skill! hahaha... *AC* i bet u will love n dying to go the museum n cam whore with me! hahaha JULY OK!! *just pray that i dun die in brunei in june ok!

and... i saw daryl pan pic there! ho ho damm funny... i was laughing nonstop... since when u put shaving cream on nose? *imgine hairy nose make me laugh n laugh BIG HAHA* anyway its quite nice... and nowadays advertisement quite smart huh... get all these ppl n put their sports there... make all the girls drooooooool..... hahahaa

so met jon, sam, hao, char.... went to chill at giraffe!! yup its quite alright place to chill... but weather freaking hot... and i decided to stop drinking alcoholic drinks... bad for me... after chill out... they went chiong and me n johnny went to thomson for supper....

we were trying to find our HK cafe shop n we got lost n landed at mediacorp! HAHHAA.... trying to see if there is any super star there at nite... can send them home or jio them for supper... hahaha anyway yeah reach out destination..... *grace* its the HK cafe that u wanted to go before u left singapore!!!! its super nice! we will in JULY ok!?!!?

i dread going training on sun not that i hate training but... sun morn is always the best time to SLEEP! yes.... and it rained even better! but no choice have to drag myself from bed n join the training.... only slept for 4hrs... but i still look forward to training at kallang cuz i get to see my polo girls at their nat team training n the sprinters also!

chad is damm stupid... i went to disturb the girls after their training... OK I COME JOIN U ALL FOR DEBRIEF!!!! then chad went over to try to put down my shorts... OK LA COME LET ME DE-BRIEF U! i was like wth!!! si bian tai! hahahaha she said i am the only one wearing brief wat! then gracie was like tell her u wear g-string! LOL lameshit la....

training with the safsa/national team is getting much better.... in terms of run at least i am not like a few km away from them... just 100m away... hahaha yes still behind but not so far la... GOD IS FAIR... gimme power arms but not legs... so bear with it... then after run went to use bamboo stick to canoe on T1 with someone holding on the boat... i realise my left arm ache easily cuz i am right rower... then i realise... this is good... so when i play polo if i chiong for ball at least my right arm will have much more power to shoot with the ball! muahauhaa... new finding! let all row dragonboat! anyway... its really hard to get canoeists to join dragonboat cuz all canoeists just dun like dragonboat!!

before the end of training.... the 8sets of sprints is really crazy.... i nv paddle so freaking fast in my whole life... not even when i go sprint for 1st ball.... syaz was like... WOW u all row damm fast! can die ah... everyone on the boat were like saying... if only we can row so fast for 500m n sure win! hahaha... ya HARD AH! watashi not superman! hahahaa

anyway... i met xinting to ask her to pass grace her 21st bday present at aussie... grace! i bet u super love this man... so nice right.... and fuji camera is super good... its 6mega but it beats my olympus 7mega cam flats totally! its so vivid n sharp! shame on my camera.... so i called grace n she is soooooo happy until she is lost for words.... hahahaha she still very shock to receive a $400 gift.. yup... that's the surprise i said in my previous entry... so now i am broke... but its ok i dun need so much money to survive.. ya... LOVE YA GRACE!! my wife! ho ho...

exactly one year ago... i was in tokyo having GYOZA PARTY WITH JAPANESE CANOEPOLO PLAYERS!!!!! I MISS U DUDES!!! gyoza OISHII NE! mata aitai ne!!!! i am so tempted to go JAPAN PLS!!! japan tickets is CHEAP!! CHEAP!!!!

i went to watch the play blithe spirit.... SELENA TAN ROCKS! she is freaking funny man! hahaha.... when i was watching her acting... she reminds me of joyce... seriously i think joyce she fully make use her drama potential... n be a drama mama queen! seriously its damm funny n it rocks! ho ho!!!

went ikea with johnny! first time to the tampines ikea! the whole place is HUGE! ho ho we look like some factory workers in the photo... hahahha too crowded to settle down for swedish MEATBALLSSSSSS! hahaa

after that...went to pick up samuel wong bui bui (fat fat in hokkien) yeah that is his new name... upgrade from samuel wong ah gau (dog in hokkien) reason for calling him bui bui... cuz jia zhen told me elsyne said he became fat! hahaha... so yeah samuel wong bui bui!! hahaha i guess ur training at cali gym is useless... COME JOIN SAFSA and u will be FIT in NO TIME!! hahaha

talking abt safsa.... their training combine with national team training... i have a hard time trying to catch up in run...

even though its my 4th training with them but still i am quite far behind...how embarrassing... but its nothing new that i CANT RUN FOR GOODNESS SAKE... yeah i have damm short legs.. at least for the rowing part i still surviving well... and yes joyce... u said everyone training is my funeral but I resurrect!! hoho... now every sat n sun i get to see my nat team polo girls and the sprinters! so afterall i wont be missing nacc ppl that much! and all my team mates are all ex canoeists! rjc njc tpjc.... if only safsa have canoe then i think everyone else will flock to safsa canoe...


so sad that i wont be playing for srrr this time round... but its ok... i shall use db to train n build up my endurance n stamina level... n revive back my sprinting power! then will be able to fly like those sakura in the pool... ho ho... yeah hope i can really train till that level.... rowdy boys!!! come back soon n lets kick other team's assssssssss!


back to army stuff.... now i am at 5 SIR yeah... my bunk now is DAVE-free... those who in my bunk will know hahaha... anyway that place sucks man! have to walk freaking far from the bus stop all the way up... its like climbing the slope in bukit timah hill... so yeah... and i have to wear shoes n tuck in my shirt if i want to get out of my room to pee or brush teeth... how shitty is that.. cuz we are commanders n have to set good example... lucky nv as us wear shoes to go bath if not.... I SHALL PEE and SHOWER IN THE BUNK!!


yeah army having pay increase BUT SO WAT! i rather they shorten the service term can... I RATHER I PAY THEM TO LET ME GET OUT OF ARMY... hahaaa.... i am so different inside camp n outside camp... usually i isolate myself in the bunk.... like wat my bunk mates always said.... ALVIN IN HIS OWN WORLD AGAIN.... hahaha yeah... i just rather spend my time reading books n listen to my songs than to engage in low level of intelligent talking... HAHA! no la just kidding... they are quite funny ppl... and now our bunk is DAVE-free so we have more freedom to BITCH around!
