went land training was so tired sia... hate it the mucus is stuck between the part where ur nose n the mouth pipe is connected... dunno how to describe k... cant breathe properly... n my shoes sux... hey ppl... nv buy nike all condition gear... sux totally... it is either too heavy n bulky... or to thin till the sole worn out fast... guess i will get addidas or fila track shoes... need to get one real soon... intensive training!!! eliza went to cut n dye her hair... was really nice la... she better dun worry too much ar... went market!!! talk abt the expedition stuff again.. hahah so funny lor... tiao... hahaha i am loving it...

dunno why i slept so late... i woke up at 5pm!!! tiao... pool training was at 530! end up i reach at 630... was really fun n learn alot stuff... ya... seniors were great gave us lots of tips!!! damm... didnt know that rolling is the rolling not rowing... not my fault k... that time debrief the junior said rowing instead of paddleling then i guess is jia min say rowing is the rolling... tiao guess u all confuse le... anywhere... my rolling still not good enough lor... must train with helmet... cause of water resistant... delay n prolong whatever haiz.... went KAP... had a great laugh over there... saw brandon kam!!! long time no see sia... hahah damm funny he saw me like no reaction hahaha idiot as usual... always gimme that look like i am some crazy guy or idiot... hahaa... nowadays just keep on playing gun bound sia...

today wanted to go out but xue er n ngiap all so broke n lazy to go out haiz... then i scare ngiap by saying that if he stay at home one layer of fat will form round his tummy... hahaa... but he still wan to stone at home... idiot la pon sch just to stone at home.... haiz... then just went to training lor... today was tiring also... i gave up my boat let jerlyn get on... then i went to aside to learn to control the ball on the paddle... need more training n practise... i wan to go buy polo ball!!! my throwing still sux!!! dammm i need to improve on lots of stuff... so i decided.....

decided to have another blog... www.canoepolo.blogspot.com didnt know no one using canoe polo as blogspot name... so i use it!! ya.. so i going to post what i went wrong what i need to improve at that blog... so here will be just my social life... yes i am loving canoe polo to the core right now... i will train damm hard!!!! jia you!!! need to build up more strength on my arms... jia you!!! need to hit the gym more often!!!

reach home... do my neoprint book stuff... going to complete soon!! 1 book per year sia... left 4 pages nia... didnt comment n wrote as much as wat i did before... then sleep to 7... yest i was really so into canoe polo.. then i went internet search watever stuff related to it... then later on edmund on irc told me got this jap canoe polo guy damm zai one coming singapore!!! hehehe his name is keta honya... cool sia... aiya i so stupid thought japan no canoe cause they got winter... but didnt realise that there is this thing call indoor swimming pool.. hahaa... oh my god!! i am loving it... japan + canoe polo.. what a lethal combination...it's turning me ON!! then found these pics on the link at some ppl's blog... she also play canoe polo... cool...

went for my japs class first then go meet the canoe ppl at the clubhouse... feeling hungry but cant go yet... then surrender bus pass to eliza hahaa... then we all go the usual warm up area to play some games... then dunno who start the sound thingy then someone will shout dong han.. hahaa... then i go do the remix version haha.. then later play another game is the handing everyone hand then pass signal from the first person to the last... hahaa... i blur lor.. haiz... then later on choose the angel n devil... i am angel of elaine n devil of jermaine... my mummy.. hahaa.... then cant be bad to my mummy ma she F&B leh later no food from her die! hhahaa.....

after those game we went supper... bath get ready to sleep but cant!! cause the next door idiots are making alot of noise lor... so kao peh sia... i still can remember one guy sing the one night in beijing so er xin until i wan to puke sia!!! then very diff to sleep on hard floor... haiz.. worst... i got very bad flu n think gonna get fever....

NOT every guy's dream partner... hahaa... *SOUNDS DAMM BAD* then was like singing alot of song.. eng, chinese n jap one...sing until wau no voice ar.. haha... then juju hor keep on insist that she wan to sit behind.. kao... she like heavy than me i guess... then she like didnt paddle much n i do most of the stuff haiz... sun was hor but lucky i put sun block... then ju ju play the angel n devil game... then edmund is her immotal.. then she suppose to bully syaz... then both edmund n syaz is on the same boat..
then ju ju keep on asking is edmund alright until he kanna freak out... say if syaz bully him then ju ju will help him wack her haha... then saw yan ren i keep on asking him if he is ok... ask until he also freak out... just disturb him one... hahaa... then later on he do the same thing back to me!! tiao...

the best part is here... the most happening n unforgettable incident.... we canoe into the swamps area... then ju ju jump off the canoe n pee in the water... the other ppl keep on scaring her n say that got fish la what virus then scare her n she pee halfway n get on the canoe... soon... i look down at my seat.... i saw RIBENA colour liquid.... SHE MENSTRUATE IN THE CANOE!!!!!!!! HELP!!!! i just quickly get out of the canoe n sit in the front... kao... cause i remember wat mrs tang told me abt blood transfusion... aiyo... then ask ju ju wat is her blood type then her is O... then i relax... sia la... can die one u know... aiyo.. dun mess around with blood k... then later edward very very nice n help us to bail out the water... then eliza said at that time my face look damm tramatise *dunno how to spell*, lonely n lost... kao... like that say me... aiyo i really freak out lor... then everyone start to remember their canoe number make sure they dun get ribena canoe...

reach our site... then cont take tons tons of photos... then start cooking... was fun... later go n bath... feel so shiok... then later at nite got the best game i ever played at camps!!!!! i call it "say the name" is actually played among 2 teams... then in the centre got 2 person holding to a groundsheet... then each team will send one person to stand in front of the sheet then when the ground sheet drop down... the fastest person shout the other person name... the person win... then the loser have to step out.... wau lau damm fun!!! then some ppl keep shout at the person at first then cause them to stun... hahaha then sometime u see ppl just stun there... hahahah... damm long then start to shout each other's name.. hehhee... aiyo so funny sia... then my turn.. i put shirt around my neck.. then wear spec n caps... then the opponent was derek.. haha i shouted him first.. cause he could recognise me!!1 he say i some ah gua like ah ma hahaa.... disguise successful!!! then later on use same stuff n trick tse yong also!! hahahaa!!! damm funny... all lose under my hands... muahaha... aiya then actually all shag liao then some go sleep... but we stay n listen to derek talk cock... haha he damm funny sia buai ta han... aiyo... then later elaine raise her arms n point wat is this... i shouted fat.. haha then later derek no no still got another name for fats... who is from biotech one... then i oh... wake up... said i snore... didnt realise hahaa... then go pack stuff.. hahaha... set off... paddle till one place then got the island kanna surmerged during high tide... the everyone canoe there n get off... can really "walk" on sea... then keep on taking tons of photo!!! hehehe damm shiok sia!!! later on... lin n tristan n zhi jian come n cap out canoe... IDIOT!!! hahaa... then later i run back to lin's canoe n cap him n mark... they damm lousy leh... 2 persn in the canoe n i one person cap then,... then they all cap our canoe with 3 ppl with no one in the canoe sia... LOUSY! fun fun... then later on rain!! so shiok to paddle in the rain then in the sun... went to another small small mini island to pick up seashell to send to my japs pal... hehee.. later on reach back shore then pack our stuff to the bus n lorry was raining again... then everyone was wet... later on is all the pack stuff la....

reach sch... settle down for debrief... was really nice to hear all the comment... poor EL..(expedition leader) kanna shoot the most.. most of the main com go there was carryiing the idea that we are going with own ppl so just treat them normally lor... didnt expect to kanna shoot from seniors that we should treat them like participant.... but was nice that the seniors pointed out our mistakes to improve.. then nicholas kao... he said till dam sacrastic!!! kao... i dun wannna mention... some ppl... kanna shoot them keep on blaming on himself n felt very fed up like then... this is not the first time seeing that person that... if he carry on like that he gonna suffer cause like tat he wont correct his mistake... haiz...
