i am so happy that now np thurs slot change to sun.... it means... i can go for my investment club meeting!!! yeah!!!! so happy... and this thurs i going for another investment talk!! cant wait!!!

today i got burnt on my back... just by coaching the year 1... the sun is damm scary nowadays.... i am very happy for NP.... this yr juniors are soooo good.... seriously... i nv see so much potential in any juniors before... however... i almost died from coaching them today... but as usual... the juniors sometime u talk n talk n talk they still dun change.... i shall make them sprint double of wat they did today.... it's amazing how those year 1 even know my name! i didnt even really hang out with them... hahaha but now i trying to know their names... i am thinking to go back NP for land training on wed.... their push up is sooooo no standard! aiyo.... then sat me n yan yi just go n do 200 push ups with them.... FUCK! its been damm long since i really do push up... hahhaa... i dunno how am i gonna survive my gym training with the SIM guys... hahahaa....
