feeling damm tired lor... went down to parkway... couldnt find my way to the booth.,.. n was late.. didnt know must reach at 930... n i reach at 11,.. but lucky nv get scolding la... then was like... kao super irritated at then... it was so hot... outdoor show k... then guess wat... got this senior citizen event... then ask those ah peh ah ma sing karaoke for free.... n they went up n sing... 99% cannot make it lor... n they were like doing relay... take turns to perform... each person like sing for 5 times... n u know wat... this ah peh hor... kao... he was like sing high n low pitch... switch here n there... kao... i was having goosebumps lor... tiao... cant stand it!! argh!!

guess what!!! i saw my pri 3 form teacher!! mrs phua! that stupid duper fierce teacher!! didnt call her... still the same.. its been almost 8yrs!! kao.. cant believe it... ya i remember she said she live in katong... n she like laksa but cant take too much of it cause she will have sore throat then she love to eat tofu n sotong ball!! see my memory is so good unlike some ppl.... like xue er! hahaha.... suan suan suan her!! then saw aunty hui li!!! my pri sch classmate!! kao... so pri sch today sia.. hahaa... then my collegues said... eh alvin... u underage girl also wan... went land training was so tired sia... hate it the mucus is stuck between the part where ur nose n the mouth pipe is connected... dunno how to describe k... cant breathe properly... n my shoes sux... hey ppl... nv buy nike all condition gear... sux totally... it is either too heavy n bulky... or to thin till the sole worn out fast... guess i will get addidas or fila track shoes... need to get one real soon... intensive training!!! eliza went to cut n dye her hair... was really nice la... she better dun worry too much ar... went market!!! talk abt the expedition stuff again.. hahah so funny lor... tiao... hahaha i am loving it...

dunno why i slept so late... i woke up at 5pm!!! tiao... pool training was at 530! end up i reach at 630... was really fun n learn alot stuff... ya... seniors were great gave us lots of tips!!! damm... didnt know that rolling is the rolling not rowing... not my fault k... that time debrief the junior said rowing instead of paddleling then i guess is jia min say rowing is the rolling... tiao guess u all confuse le... anywhere... my rolling still not good enough lor... must train with helmet... cause of water resistant... delay n prolong whatever haiz.... went KAP... had a great laugh over there... saw brandon kam!!! long time no see sia... hahah damm funny he saw me like no reaction hahaha idiot as usual... always gimme that look like i am some crazy guy or idiot... hahaa... nowadays just keep on playing gun bound sia...

today wanted to go out but xue er n ngiap all so broke n lazy to go out haiz... then i scare ngiap by saying that if he stay at home one layer of fat will form round his tummy... hahaa... but he still wan to stone at home... idiot la pon sch just to stone at home.... haiz... then just went to training lor... today was tiring also... i gave up my boat let jerlyn get on... then i went to aside to learn to control the ball on the paddle... need more training n practise... i wan to go buy polo ball!!! my throwing still sux!!! dammm i need to improve on lots of stuff... so i decided.....

went for my japs class first then go meet the canoe ppl at the clubhouse... feeling hungry but cant go yet... then surrender bus pass to eliza hahaa... then we all go the usual warm up area to play some games... then dunno who start the sound thingy then someone will shout dong han.. hahaa... then i go do the remix version haha.. then later play another game is the handing everyone hand then pass signal from the first person to the last... hahaa... i blur lor.. haiz... then later on choose the angel n devil... i am angel of elaine n devil of jermaine... my mummy.. hahaa.... then cant be bad to my mummy ma she F&B leh later no food from her die! hhahaa.....
